1) Acceptance

By accessing solutions-novexia.ca and/or the Client Portal (/admin/portal), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Services

Solutions Novexia provides web and marketing services (showcase sites, e-commerce, branding, social media, AI automation) and may offer tools (e.g., audit form) and a Client Portal for project tracking, tickets, and file sharing.

Any information, examples, and prices displayed are indicative and may change. Final deliverables, timelines, and pricing are those agreed in a written proposal/contract.

3) Audit tools & informational content

Any informational content (including mini-reports/analyses produced via the audit form) is provided to help you orient your thinking. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.

3.1) Communications (newsletter / marketing)

We send marketing communications only when you explicitly opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

4) Client Portal (account & responsibilities)

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You must not upload illegal, malicious, or third-party infringing content.

5) Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
  • Do not disrupt the Site (e.g., attacks, overload, abusive scraping).
  • Do not use the Site to transmit fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content.

6) Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Site and its content (texts, visuals, trademarks, logos, design elements) belong to Solutions Novexia or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

For delivered client projects (website, logo, content, etc.), rights and licenses are defined in the applicable contract/proposal.

7) Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Solutions Novexia is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8) External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version.

10) Governing law

Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada.
